2. Purpose of collecting personal information

- Review and transfer of exchange students’ credits earned from exchange universities

3. Storage and period of use

- Collected personal information shall be stored semi-permanently

4. Right to deny

- You have the right to deny the collection and use of personal information. However, there could be difficulty in transferring course credits from the exchange university.
