Application Process

KUBS SEP Overview

KUBS students can study abroad for one semester at one of our partner institutions and can receive academic credit upon approval.

Eligibility

  • 1. K, F, EMBA: Students may participate in the exchange program during their 3rd or 4th semester. Students applying in their 4th semester are required to register for at least one additional semester at KUBS. (For details, please contact your program manager.)
  • 2. GMBA: Students are eligible to participate after completing one full year of the program (For details, please contact the GMBA manager.)
  • 3. A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required for the two most recent semesters.
  • 4. Students currently on a leave of absence are eligible to apply; however, they must enroll during the exchange semester.
  • * Applicants with a record or reprimand, suspension, or academic probation in the previous semester will receive a point deduction.
  • * Applications who provide false information, falsify documents, or refuse to submit required evidence will be disqualified.

Application Process

  • The selection process is conducted twice a year (January and July). Applicants must follow the instructions provided in the announcements on the KUBS website and submit the online application along with all required documents through the online system.
