The program identifies Leadership, Management, and Innovation as the core competencies for a CEO and develops these through a structured curriculum built on the progressive stages of Exploration, Deepening, and Integration. Designed to be highly practical, the program empowers participants to present real-world business challenges, collaborate on solutions under expert faculty guidance, and apply their knowledge in dynamic, real-life contexts. Moreover, the program emphasizes fostering creativity and a strong foundation in the humanities while ensuring participants remain aligned with emerging trends. Unique opportunities, such as international field studies and participation in prestigious events like the Cannes Lions Creativity Festival, enrich the learning experience. To prepare participants for effective corporate governance, the program also offers lectures on stakeholder dynamics (e.g., family dynamics), providing essential insights into managing complex relationships within leadership roles.

The program features Korea’s largest faculty, with 88 full-time professors and numerous adjunct professors, facilitating in-depth exploration of a wide range of topics. Additionally, state-of-the-art facilities—including the KUBS Main Building, LG-POSCO Building, and Hyundai Motor Building—offer CGLP-exclusive lecture rooms and lounges. Dedicated faculty members and program managers provide personalized care and services, ensuring a high-quality learning experience in a premium educational environment.
