Interview Schedule for Outbound Exchange Students (2020-2)     Hello. This is the KUBS International Office. Interviews for the outbound exchange students in the second semester of 2020 will be held on February 3 and February 4. 1. Korean interview schedule February 3rd to February 4th, 13:00 to 15:00 (tentative) LG-POSCO Building, Room 430 2. English interview schedule February 3rd to February 4th, 13:00 to 15:30 (tentative) LG-POSCO Building, Room 431 3. Waiting room LG-POSCO Building, Room 428 Attendance must be confirmed by the assistant after arriving at the waiting room 15 minutes before the early interview time during the either Korean or English interview! Unsubmitted documents must be submitted in the waiting room before the interview (for the students who did not submit their documents only). 4. Precautions 1) The interview will consist of two to three people in one group. The interview will be conducted for about 15 minutes. 2) Please dress neatly. (Not necessarily formal, but avoid overly casual clothing.) 3) Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your early interview time and check your attendance with the assistant. * Students who have unsubmitted documents must submit them. * Disclaimers such as reduction of points may be possible if you do not submit the required documents. * There are two types of interviews, Korean interview and English interview. Please check both hours so you won't be late. You can be penalized for being late.     1. Restrictions The following students (A~C) are not allowed to apply in the tuition installment plans. A. Freshmen (including Transferred Students), Re-admissions, Leave of absences B. Students in Extra Semesters, Completed Research Students (Graduates) C. Students whose amount of tuition reduction (due to the pre-paid scholarships) exceeds 25% of tuition (Awarded Scholarships do not matter).     2. Students who do not complete their payments in time (before the final deadline) will be penalized accordingly. D. Students who desire to suspend their semester after paying the 3rd installment must finish up paying the tuition residue (4th installment) prior to their leave. E. “Scholarship-deducted Tuition” will be displayed on the 4th installment receipt for those who receive Pre-paid Scholarships. F. Students who have late payment records may get restrictions in applying tuition installment plans in the following semesters.

(by the 2019 winter semester)   - a double majoring in Business Administration - a student from the School of Interdisciplinary Studies who are majoring in Business Administration. 2) A student who will participate in a fixed or scheduled internship of at least four weeks during the first semester of 2020. 3) Unable to get credits for any other period. Only the period from 3/2 to 6/19 is acceptable as credits. 4) Unable to apply for students belonging to other departments. 5) The regular semester: Prospective graduate CAN apply. KUBS has signed academic exchange agreements with 102 overseas universities from 30 countries, and is continuously promoting active exchange by sending and accepting numerous students. We are now recruiting the 20th KUBS Buddy members. For those who are interested, please refer to the information below:   1. What is KUBS Buddy? 1) Purpose: An organization of KUBS students supporting KUBS exchange students To increase the status as a worldwide prestigious university by providing continuous support and promotional services for international students.  2) History: The first recruitment was held in 2010, and KUBS is in process of recruiting the 20th KUBS Buddy for the spring semester of 2020.   3) Recruitment Area: Executive (school jacket, book rental service, meeting dates and meeting room bookings) Press (media planning for activities, posters and card news production, photos, and Instagram management) Program (KUBS Buddy regular activities planning and collecting feedbacks) 4) Period: One year (2 consecutive semesters mandatory.  However, vacancy from military service is permitted)   5) General Body Meeting: After each activity, meeting will be proceeded with debriefing regular activities (mandatory)   6) It is mandatory to participate in the regular activities at least 3 times     2. The Department Office of Business Administration provides the preliminary graduation qualification review and graduation information for the prospective graduates of February 2020 in order to reduce their anxiety for graduation and also to prevent mistakes in advance.   For those who are expected graduate soon, please carefully read the guidelines and attachment below to avoid any disadvantages.   I. Preliminary Graduation Qualification Review 1. Eligibility: Prospective graduates of February 2020 (students whose first major is Business Administration, double majors, and dual degrees included)  1) Due to a high number of visitors, those who have received a text message from KUBS can check their graduation qualification.  2) Pending graduates do not have to visit the office to check their graduation qualification.
