(Tuition refund regulations for withdrawing students will be applied later.) F. Scholarship recipients (students who have applied for the payment in installments of less than 25% of tuition) will receive the fourth bill with the amount due after the scholarship deduction has been applied. G. If a student does not pay his or her tuition within the designated period, he or she will not be eligible to pay in installments for the following semester.   8. Application Procedure for Online Payment in Installments A. KUPID → Login → Tuition Payment/Scholarship → Tuition Payment in Installments Application B. Click Application after reading the instructions regarding payment in installments. C. Check personal and guardian’s information. Make corrections if needed. D. Complete application by clicking the checkbox for guardians’ consent after consulting with guardians. Type in a guardian’s cell phone number.    (A guardian’s consent is not required for graduate students.) E. Print out your bill by clicking Payment in Installments Bill for the given period after receiving approval for payment in installments. F. Make payments within the designated period. G. Students wishing to cancel payment in installments must click Cancel Payment in Installments before making the first payment. (They must then print out a regular tuition bill during the tuition payment period and pay tuition in full.) H. Approval for payment in installments is made by tuition-related offices (college administration offices and department offices).

KUBS offers “KUBS Dream Scholarship” that can cover tuition fees and living expenses. This scholarship was funded by KUBS seniors and donators for students who struggle to pursue their studies because they work part-time to earn living expenses.   For those who are unable to continue their studies due to financial difficulties, contact the Department Office of Business Administration.   1. Spring 2016 KUBS Scholarship Application Aside from KU scholarships, KUBS offers scholarships for KUBS students who are experiencing difficulties in paying their tuition fees due to financial hardships. For those who are interested in, please submit your application (a scholarship notice for new freshmen will be announced in April).     1. Submission Period January 13, 2016 (Mon); 10:00 – January 22 (Fri); 16:30   2. Eligibility KUBS students who will register for Spring 2016, and who encouter financial difficulties in paying tuition fees (interdisciplinary majors and students who registered for nine semesters or more are excluded)   3. How to Apply Application is only available on Korean KUBS Website > "프로그램" > "학부" > "장학제도" > "고경(면학)장학금 신청" After completing the application form, it must be printed out and submitted to the corresponding manager from the Department Office of Business School along with the following documents below.   4. Scholarship Amounts 100%, 50%, and 35% of tuition or other fees (within the range of tuition, including national scholarships)   5. In order to assist over 60 prospective exchange students, we are now recruiting the 12th KUBS Buddy, Global Student Ambassadors at Korea University Business School. For those who are interested in, please refer to the information below:   1. What is KUBS Buddy? 1) Purpose: An organization of KUBS students supporting KUBS exchange students To increase the status of worldwide prestigious university by providing continuous support and promotional services for international students.  2) History: The first recruitment was held in 2010, and KUBS is in process of recruiting the 12th KUBS Buddy.   3) Recruitment Area: Executive (KUBS Buddy management: budget, management, Buddy Matching Press (media planning for activities, photos, video, and Facebook group management) Program 1 & 2 (KUBS Buddy activities, workshop, orientation planning and feedback) 4) Period: One year long   5) General Body Meeting: Once every two weeks (mandatory)   6) Activities: Mandatory to participate in at least 3 activities     2. Additional Notes 1) Starting Fall 2009, students who have failed the course previously must pay a 100,000 KRW penalty (Hana Bank, 391-904544-21137) in order to register for the course successfully.  For those who have not paid the penalty, their course will be cancelled automatically regardless of their names on the list. - Students missing more than one lecture will fail the course (Winter Session standard: 3-hour course) 2) Students can withdraw from the course until December 18 (Fri); 3:00 PM via e-mail at psy0514@korea.ac.kr. Once class begins, students cannot withdraw from their course for personal reasons and may receive a penalty in this case.
