Outgoing Exchange

Application Process

KUBS students can study abroad for one semester at one of our partner institutions and can receive academic credit upon approval.

1. Students who have completed at least one semester at KUBS and have a minimum GPA of 3.0
2. Students currently on a leave of absence are eligible to apply; however, they must enroll during the exchange semester.
3. Students who will graduate immediately after the exchange semester are NOT eligible.

* Applicants may apply to either the KUBS SEP or the KU SEP, but not both simultaneously.
* Applicants with a record or reprimand, suspension, or academic probation in the previous semester will receive a point deduction.
* Applications who provide false information, falsify documents, or refuse to submit required evidence will be disqualified.

The selection process is conducted twice a year (January and July). Applicants must follow the instructions provided in the announcements on the KUBS website and submit the online application along with all required documents through the online system.

*Orientation and Pre-departure Ceremony are NOT mandatory events for Graduate/MBA students

*Graduate students are not eligible for exchange extensions.
