Check Out Global Job Opportunities on “Highered!”
Korea University Business School (KUBS) now provides a global career service platform called “Highered,” developed by EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), an international membership organization of business schools and corporations. The Highered Global Talent, EFMD’s Global Career Service, is open only to students of EQUIS-accredited business schools. As the evaluating process is rigorous, only 172 universities hold the EQUIS accreditation worldwide. A five-year accreditation is given to universities with excellent evaluation scores in all categories, while a three-year accreditation is given if the evaluation score is below the standard in some categories. In fact, a mere 100 universities around the world earned a five-year accreditation. KUBS obtained Korea’s first three-year and five-year EQUIS accreditation in 2007 and 2010, respectively. In 2015, KUBS succeeded in renewing its five-year accreditation.
The Highered Global Talent releases the most up-to-date positions. As of December 8, 707 job opportunities from global corporations, including Microsoft, Airbus, Uber, EY, L'Oréal, Richemont, Bloomberg, Bayer, and Nike, are posted. The Highered also provides information on 425 international companies, global placement trends, and career development. Through the My Page feature, students can save job posts and news, as well as searching further information by company, country, job function, and industry of their interest.
