For efficient quarantine work, the administrative office of the business university would like to provide a self-test kit as below, so if you need it, please receive it from the undergraduate administrative office.

A. Date: April 21st (Thu) 09:00:00~
B. Place: Room 103 on the 1st floor of the management main building (MBA students, please contact the MBA administration office)
C. Subjects: Kits are given to the student at the request of the subject (body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher or the recipient of a confirmed text message from the living family or sore throat).
D. Other
• The requester receives it after entering the recipient list (consent to provide personal information)
• Test-kit daily quantity is limited to 1
