Starting from the fall semester of 2023, a course withdrawal policy will be implemented for undergraduate courses. 

A) Background and Objectives of the Course Withdrawal Policy 

- Expanding thg substantial guarantee of students' rights to enroll in classes 

- Actively acknowledging and addressing the ongoing demands from student societies, including the student council 

- Improving the quality of teaching and learning to enhance student satisfaction 

B) Operation and Implementation 

- Effective Date : starting from the fall semester of 2023 

- Application Schedule for Course Withdrawal in fall 2023 : Friday, September 22, 2023, 10:00 a.m. to Monday, September 25, 2023, 9:00 a.m. 

- Third Phase of Course Cancellation Schedule (applicable only to courses with zero enrollment as a result of course withdrawal) : Monday, September 25, 2023, 5:00 p.m
