Credit approval procedure for Virtual Student Exchange Program(VSEP)

*This announcement is for business school students participating in VSEP, run by Korea University Office of International Affairs.

[Credit approval process]

1. Course review
   1. Must receive confirmation of credit approval and appropriate course classification from KUBS International Office before online course registration
   2. The course review processand required form can be found in KUBS homepage>International Programs>Credit Transfer
   3. After sending course review request form and the syllabus to the staff in charge, the results will be sent via email after reviewing with faculty.
2. Credit approval
   1. After the semester is over, please fill out and print “타대학 이수학점 인정신청” form on KUPID (only available in Korean) and submit it with the transcript, syllabus, and a printed version of course review result email to KUBS International Office.
   2. Reviewing takes 5-6 weeks until final credit approval. Please refer to Credit Transfer webpage for more details.
