[Undergraduate] February 2023 KUBS Commencement Ceremony / Announcements regarding Graduate List Distribution and Gown Rental

★★ The university commencement ceremony (morning_hosted by headquarters) and KUBS commencement ceremony (2pm_hosted by KUBS) are separate events. ★★

1. Modification of Korean/English Name for Degree Certificate (Only for ones who are graduating on February 2023)

- Korean/English Name can be seen here: KU Portal > Registration/Graduation > University Registration Inquiries (For English Name, should check capitals, spelling and spacing) 

- As both Korean/English Name in the Portal will be printed on the Degree Certificate, students must check in advance. Modifications cannot be made after certificates are issued. 

- If any modifications are needed, send an email including student ID number and Korean/English name to mmmg08@korea.ac.kr until February 9^th (Thu). (Students with a first major in Business Administration or dual degree students only; students double majoring in business must contact the department office of one’s 1^st major.)

- After receiving certificates, details cannot be updated or changed for any reason.

2. KUBS Commencement Ceremony

- Date: February 24^th (Fri), 2023 at 2:00 pm (Expected duration: 90 minutes)

★★ The university commencement ceremony (morning_hosted by headquarters) and KUBS commencement ceremony (2pm_hosted by KUBS) are separate events. ★★

- Venue: Korea University Inchon Memorial Hall

- Eligible Attendees: Graduates of August 2022 and graduates of February 2023 (KUBS 1^st major students and students receiving dual degree in business)

Applications received from February 8^th (Wed) ~ February 14^th (Tue) 5pm 
Only those who wish to attend the KUBS commencement ceremony(2pm) should apply

3. Graduation gown rental

(Graduation gown rental is done by the General Affairs department; Please check announcements on KUPID or the attached file for related inquiries.)

Refer to the announcement in the portal

When returning gowns, receive a return stamp on the [Graduation gown rent receipt] ⇒ Receive  diploma at the Business School Main Hall lobby from February 24^th (Fri) 2pm.
