Due to the COVID-19 pandemic a rapid transition to the contactless economy is taking place and resolving social and environmental issues has become corporations’ top priority. Further, the development of state-of-the-art startups to create new values is being emphasized. To respond to such rapid changes in the economic and business environments, KUBS has re-established the concept of talents applicable to all MBA programs and implemented large-scale reforms to the MBA curricula to reflect the latest trends.

First, KUBS has set a new education goal for its MBA program as “C3 Global Leadership Development” and is planning to realize the image of global talents summarized as △Co-Creator for the Value △Contributor for the Society and △Challenger for the Future through more innovative curricula.

As the first project in achieving this vision, KUBS developed 14 new courses and included 23 new lectures in five programs (Korea MBA, Finance MBA, Executive MBA, Global MBA, Global MIM) starting from 2022. Specifically, the new subjects have been established on △ESG △Digital Transformation and △Entrepreneurship, which are the recent emerging hot topics in the business and economic world.
