The annual AMOREPACIFIC Marketing Competition, where KUDOS won both Grand Prize and Excellence Award, is known as the nation's top marketing competition. In celebration of the 70th anniversary of AMOREPACIFIC’s foundation, the competition presents the links between the beauty industry and digital marketing under the theme of "Digital in Beauty, Beauty in Digital."
The grand prize winners (Su-min Kim, Ji-hyung Kim, Eun-ji Jung) were highly acclaimed for the idea of utilizing "Visual Social Media" to promote the word "Seoulista," the blends of "Seoul" and "Fashionista" created by AMOREPACIFIC.
"Through this competition, I was able to learn about the company, AMOREPACIFIC, as well as cosmetic market in depth. Also, this has given me an opportunity to ponder on marketing strategy that meets the needs of customers," said Su-min Kim (Business 07), the member of KUDOS winners. "I will devote myself sincerely and become a brilliant marketer," he added.
In the meanwhile, KUDOS, established in February 2010, received a total of 11 awards in the home and international competitions this year and recognized for its excellence.
