KUDOS won 8 awards at ‘The 5th Lotte Idea Contest’

KUDOS has been recognized for its excellence at the 12 domestic and foreign contests in 2014.
‘KUDOS (Korea University Dream Oriented Society)’, a practical marketing society in KUBS, made a splendid achievement of winning at ‘The 5th Lotte Idea Contest’. The contest had been held from September 5th to October 14th with the topic of ‘Imagine! Your Lotte’. It was designed to provide the generative motive to Lotte Group with choosing a company out of 17 companies and then selecting free themes with respect to the presented situation.
KUDOS was awarded with the ideas of 6 companies at the award ceremony, which had been held from November 12th to November 19th. Jongmok Kim (media 09), Jihyung Kim (psychology 12), Jungun Lee (business 09) won a gold prize in the ‘Lotte Department Store’ category. Soomin Kim (business 07) won a gold prize and Byunghee Yang (architecture 09) won a bronze prize in the ‘Lotteria’ category. Aesul Kim (Korean education 11), Yoonsun Moon (business 12) received a silver prize in the ‘Lotte Cinema’ category. Yeahna Moon (sociology 12) got a silver prize in the ‘Lotte Food’ category. Gaik Kim (Korean language and literature 11), Hyunji Lee (Chinese language and literature 11) got a silver prize in the ‘Lotte Homeshopping’ category. Aram Jeon (Idustrial management engineering 09) was also awarded a bronze prize at the same category. Including Jihyun Seo (education 12), who was nominated in the ‘Lotte Duty Free’ category, the total is summed up to 8 awards.
Lotte Idea Contest, celebrating the 5th year, is a representative contest of the Lotte Group involved with a variety of companies around the industrial sectors ranging from food, tourism, service, vats, petrochemical, construction manufacturing to financial sectors. KUDOS member Jungun Lee (business 09) said, “Since KUDOS members with various majors had carefully planned and concerned, we could have feedbacks with diverse perspectives and thus we could have good results.” Above this, KUDOS has been recognized for its excellence at the 12 domestic and foreign contests in 2014.
