KU Business School (Dean = Doohee Lee) hosted the 'KUBS - KEDGE Liaison Office opening ceremony' on 11 A.M., October 7th, at the KU Business campus. The KEDGE Liaison Office, located in the Hyundai Motors Building room 514, will be working for the close cooperation between two schools in promoting the ‘Eurasia MBA’. KU Business School is about to launch the ‘Eurasia MBA’ together with KEDGE, a French Business School with 142 years of tradition. The program is scheduled to begin on September 2015.



From 11 A.M., the Opening Ceremony for KEDGE Liaison Office commenced with the welcoming speech of Dean Doohee Lee. The opening ceremony will consist of passing the office key as well as the exchange of gifts between the schools and a photo shoot. Attendees include Dean Doohee Lee of KU Business School, Dean Thomas Froehlicher of KEDGE, Vice Dean Guy Marcia of KEDGE, and Jerome Paskie, the French Ambassador to South Korea, as well as 30 administrators and professors from each school and country.
 
Employee workshop on the Eurasia MBA will take place at 2:10 P.M. The contents of the workshop consist of degree requirements, management of the program, and research cooperation. The workshop will finish with a KU campus tour and dinner.
 
Eurasia MBA is the nation's first educational program to be exported, and has the goal of cultivating △ European students that Korean and Asian Companies need, and △ students that Korean and Asian Companies in operation abroad require. Through the Eurasia MBA, European students and Korean students will study together at France KEDGE Bordeaux campus and KU Business School.
 
Last year on April 22nd, at France KEDGE Bordeaux campus, two schools signed an MOU for the cooperation on Eurasia MBA and the KUBS liaison office was installed. The KUBS liaison office plays the role of a base center for gathering European student admissions.
