2015학년도 1학기 조기졸업 신청 안내입니다.
I. 조기졸업 신청
※ 「학칙」 제4절 제41조(졸업요건), 제42조(학위수여), 「학사운영 규정」 제5절 제56조(졸업의 기본요건), 제57조(졸업요구학점), 제58조(조기졸업: 일반), 제59조(조기졸업: 특별)
◎ 조기졸업: 일반
1. 신청자격 : 아래의 조건을 모두 충족하여야 한다.
가. 학기마다 17(18)학점 이상 취득할 것(단, 외국대학 교환학기는 인정학점이 15학점 이상일 것)
나. 모든 이수 교과목 중 F 등급이 없으며 제5학기부터 제6학기 말까지 108학점(졸업요구학점 135인 학과(부) :112학점, 140인 학과(부) : 117학점) 이상을 취득하고 전체 성적 평점평균이 4.00 이상일 것
다. 성적은 학생이 수강한 모든 교과목의 성적을 기준으로 함
2. 조기졸업 대상 제외 :
가. 공과대학 건축학과, 의과대학, 사이버국방학과, 약학대학 소속 학생
나. 편입학생
다. 성적경고 기록이 있는 학생
3. 조기 졸업기준 :
가. 학사운영규정 제56조와 제57조가 정하는 졸업요건을 갖출 것
나. 전체 학년 동안 F 등급이 없이 전체 성적평점평균이 4.00이상 일 것.
(성적은 학생이 수강한 모든 교과목의 성적을 기준으로 한다)
◎ 조기졸업: 특별
1. 신청자격 : 일반대학원 학·석사 연계과정 합격생
2. 조기 졸업기준 :
가. 학사운영규정 제56조와 제57조가 정하는 졸업요건을 갖출 것
나. 전체 성적평점평균이 3.50 이상일 것
다. 등록학기가 7학기 이상일 것
◎ 접수일시 : 2015. 3. 2(월) 10:00 ~ 3. 20(금) 17:00까지
◎ 접수장소 : 소속대학(부) 학사지원부
◎ 제출서류 :
1. 조기졸업(일반) : 조기졸업신청서(소정양식) 1 부
2. 조기졸업(특별) : 조기졸업신청서(소정양식) 1 부, 석사과정 진입 추천서 사본 1 부.

Notice of Application for Early Graduation in the first semester of 2015
Ⅰ. Application for Early Graduation
※ Article 41(Graduation Requirements) and Article 42(Degree Conferral) of Section 4 of 「The Constitution of Korea University」, and Article 56(Basic Requirements for Graduation), Article 57(Credits Requirements for Graduation), Article 58(Early Graduation: General), and Article 59(Early Graduation: Special) of Section 5 of 「Academic Regulations」
◎ Early Graduation: General
1. Application Qualifications: Students who are eligible for early graduation should-(the credits in parenthesis are for the college, division, and department under Article 57(2)
1) have completed 17(18) credits or more in each semester (however, for the exchange semester in foreign school, approved credits should be 15 or higher)
2) completed 108 credits or more from fifth through the sixth semesters (112 credits for the department (or division) requiring over 135 credits and 117 credits for the department (or division) requiring over 140 credits for graduation) and achieved overall GPA 4.00 or higher without an grade F in entire completed courses
3) the overall GPA based on all the courses completed
2. Students subject to the following conditions are not eligible for early graduation
1) Affiliated with the Department of Architecture at the College Engineering, College of Medicine, Department of Cyber Defense, and College of Pharmacy
2) Transfer students
3) Students with academic warning record
3. The requirements for early graduation include
1) satisfying the graduation requirements of each department (or division)
2) achieving overall GPA 4.00 or higher for entire school years
◎ Early Graduation: Special
1. Application Qualification: Students who are granted to the joint programs of undergraduate and graduate degrees
2. The requirements for early graduation include
1) satisfying the graduation requirements of each department (or division)
2) achieving overall GPA 3.50 or higher for entire school years
3) having registered for over seven semesters
4) the overall GPA based on all the courses completed
◎ Application Period: March 2, 2015(Monday) 10:00 ~ March 20, 2015(Friday) 17:00
◎ Application Place: Academic Affairs Department, each relevant college
◎ Documents to be submitted:
1. Early Graduation(General): 1 copy of Application for Early Graduation(prescribed form)
2. Early Graduation(Special): 1 copy of Application for Early Graduation(prescribed form), and 1 copy of Master Course Admission Recommendation Letter
