2024학년도부터 신설되어 운영되고 있는 성적우수장학금 관련하여 안내 드립니다.

1. 장학금액

- 수업료 100%(A), 50%(B), 30%(C)

- 수업료 범위내 이중수혜는 허용하나 수업료 범위를 초과할 수 없음

* 매학기 단과대학 예산에 따라 등급별 선발인원 및 금액은 변경될 수 있음

2. 선발대상 

- 당 학기 정규 수업연한 이내 재학중인 학부생 중

- 직전학기 15학점 이상 취득

- 단 정규 마지막 학기의 경우 직전 학기 12학점 이상 취득

3. 선발시기

- 학기당 1회 선발 및 지급 (1학기(4월 중), 2학기(10월 중))

- 지급은 학교 전체 선발완료 후 학생지원팀에서 처리하여 일정 안내 어려움

4. 선발방식

- 별도 공지 및 신청 절차 없음

- 휴복학이 모두 완료 된 학기 중간에 성적에 따라 자동 선발

- 최종 확정 후 개별 통보 

5. 성적요건

- 선발 학기의 직전 학기 성적 기준

- F학점을 포함한 직전 학기 평균평점 기준

- 휴학/교환학생/현장실습 등으로 해당학기 성적이 없는 경우 성적이 산출된 가장 최근학기 성적으로 선발함. 

 * 다만, 가장 최근학기 성적으로 성적우수장학금을 이미 기수혜한 학생은 중복수혜 불가(아래 예시 참고) 

 - 경영대학 동점자 평가기준 : 커트라인 선상에 성적이 같을 경우 아래의 순으로 평가함.

 * 직전학기 평균평점 > 직전학기 취득학점 > 전체학기 평균평점 > 전체학기 취득학점 > 직전학기 전공 취득학점 > 직전학기 전공 평균평점

6. 제한사항

- 선발 시 복수전공 진입학기인 자

- 신.편입생(직전학기 성적 미산출)

- 학칙 제 25조에서 정한 수업연한을 초과하는 자

- 기타 학교가 정하는 제한 사항

7. 유의사항

- 커트라인 및 수혜인원(금액)은 매학기 변동되므로 안내 불가

- 학기 중간에 개인계좌로 입금되므로 등록금 납부기간에 수업료는 완납해야 함

Academic Excellence Scholarship Selection Announcement

1. Scholarship Amount

- Tuition 100% (A) / 50% (B) / 30% (C)

- Double benefits within the tuition fee limit are allowed; however, the total scholarship amount must not exceed the tuition fee.

* The number of recipients and the scholarship amounts by tier may change each semester depending on the college’s budget.

2. Eligibility

- Undergraduate students enrolled within the standard period of study for the relevant semester

- Have earned at least 15 credits in the immediately preceding semester

- For students in their final regular semester, at least 12 credits in the preceding semester are required

3. Selection Period

- Selection and payment are made once per semester:

- Spring semester: around April / Fall semester: around October

- Scholarship payments are processed by the Student Support Team after university-wide selection is completed; therefore, exact payment dates cannot be provided in advance.

4. Selection Method

- No separate announcement or application process

- Automatic selection based on academic performance after all leave of absence and return procedures are completed (mid-semester)

- Individual notification will be sent after final confirmation

5. Academic Criteria

- Selection is based on the GPA of the immediately preceding semester

- GPA is calculated including F grades

- If no grades are available for the relevant semester due to leave of absence, exchange program, or field training, the most recent semester with available grades will be used

* However, students who have already received the Academic Excellence Scholarship based on the same most recent semester’s grades are not eligible for duplicate awards (see example below).

*  Tie-breaking criteria (College of Business Administration)

- If multiple students share the same cutoff GPA, evaluation will be conducted in the following order:

- GPA of the immediately preceding semester

- Credits earned in the immediately preceding semester

- Cumulative GPA

- Total credits earned

- Major credits earned in the immediately preceding semester

- Major GPA in the immediately preceding semester

6. Restrictions

- Students in the semester of entry into a double major

- New freshmen and transfer students (no prior semester GPA available)

- Students who have exceeded the standard period of study as defined in Article 25 of the Academic Regulations

- Any other cases restricted by university policy

7. Important Notes

- Cutoff GPA, number of recipients, and scholarship amounts vary each semester and therefore cannot be announced in advance

- Since the scholarship is deposited into the student’s personal bank account mid-semester, full tuition payment must be completed during the registration period
