026-1 취득학점 포기제도 시행 안내

 

1. 신청대상

      : 등록학기 7회 이상, 102학점[학사운영규정 제57조제2항이 정하는 대학(학부또는 학과()의 경우 106학점

       이상  취득한 재()학생 (학사편입생은 4학년인 학생만 가능)

      : 복수전공을 이수 중인 학생수료생 및 졸업유예생은 신청 불가.

 

2. 포기학점

최대 6학점졸업 이전 1회만 신청 가능 (이번학기 3학점+다음학기 3학점 등 분할하여 신청 불가)

 

3. 포기가능 과목

학점 취득한 모든 교과목 (국내외 교류로 학점인정 받은 과목 포함F성적 및 이수중인 과목 제외)

 

4. 신청기간5월 6() 10:00 ~ 5월 27(17:00

 

5. 신청방법

: KUPID > 학적/졸업 성적사항 취득학점포기신청에서 직접 포기과목 선택 후 신청

 

※ 취득학점포기 승인은 접수기간 종료 후 단과대학별 일정에 따라 순차 처리됨

종강 이전까지 처리되지 않았을 경우 소속 대학행정팀 또는 학사팀에 문의 (포털 전체성적조회 메뉴 활용)

※ 취득학점포기는 신청 후 취소 및 변경이 어려움신청 시 유의

 

※ 필독) ‘신청’ 버튼 클릭 이후 다음 페이지에서 ’ 버튼을 클릭하여 제출 되었습니다” 메시지가 출력되는지 

            확인 필수 (세부내역 별첨 매뉴얼 참고)

            메시지가 출력되지 않은 경우 KUPID 취득학점포기 메뉴에 재접속하여 재신청

           (*정상 접수된 경우메뉴 접속 자체가 불가하여 중복 신청 가능성이 없음)

 

6. 주의사항

a. 교양필수전공필수교직필수 과목 등 교과과정상 필수과목은 포기 불가

    ※ 필수 교과목을 포기신청한 경우 검토 과정에서 반려 처리될 수 있으며이로 인한 취득학점 포기 추가 접수 및 변경은 불가함

    b. 학점 포기한 과목은 취득학점에서 제외하되 증명서에 과목명을 그대로 표기하고 성적은 “W”로 표기한다

       (성적표에서 교과목명은 삭제되지 않으며취득학점 및 평점만 삭제됨)

    c. 이번 학기 재수강 중인 과목은 학점포기할 수 없으며학점포기 승인된 과목은 재수강할 수 없음

    d. 한 번 취득학점 포기신청 한 후에는 그 신청을 철회 또는 변경할 수 없음

    e. 현장실습으로 취득한 학점은 포기 불가

    f. 학석사연계과정으로 수강한 대학원 교과목 삭제 시 학석사연계과정 합격이 취소됨을 유의

    g. 취득학점포기가 가능한 교과목이 포털에 표시되지 않을 경우 소속대학 행정팀으로 문의

    h. 본 안내문 및 별첨 FAQ를 숙지한 후 취득학점포기 신청 요망오신청에 따른 변경 및 기한 도과 이후 추가 접수는 불허함

 


Notice on the Implementation of the Acquired Credit Withdrawal System (026-1)
1. Eligibility
Students who: 
Have completed 7 or more registered semesters, and have earned at least 102 credits (106 credits for colleges/departments specified under Article 57(2) of the Academic Regulations), Including students currently enrolled or on leave of absence.
For transfer students admitted through junior transfer: Only students in their 4th year are eligible.

Not eligible:
Students pursuing a double major,
Students who have completed coursework requirements,
Students with postponed graduation status.

2. Credits That May Be Withdrawn
Up to 6 credits total
Can be applied for only once before graduation
Partial applications are not allowed
(e.g., 3 credits this semester + 3 credits next semester is not permitted)

3. Courses Eligible for Withdrawal
Any course for which credits have been earned
(including credits recognized through domestic or international exchange programs)

Excluding:
Courses with an F grade
Courses currently being taken

4. Application Period
May 6 (Wed) 10:00 AM – May 27 (Wed) 5:00 PM

5. Application Method
Apply directly through:
KUPID → Academic Records/Graduation → Grade Information → Acquired Credit Withdrawal Application
Select the courses to withdraw and submit the application.

Important Notes
Approval of credit withdrawal requests will be processed sequentially according to each college’s schedule after the application period ends.
If processing is not completed before the end of the semester, contact your college administrative office or academic affairs team.
You may check your status through the Full Transcript Inquiry menu on the portal.
Once submitted, withdrawal requests are difficult to cancel or modify. Please apply carefully.


Required Confirmation
After clicking the “Apply” button:
Click “Yes” on the following page.
Confirm that the message “Your submission has been completed” appears.
If the message does not appear:
Re-enter the KUPID Credit Withdrawal menu and submit again.
(*If the application was successfully submitted, access to the menu itself will be blocked, preventing duplicate submissions.)

6. Precautions
a. Required courses such as:
General Education Requirements,
Major Required Courses,
Teaching Certification Required Courses
cannot be withdrawn.
If such courses are submitted for withdrawal, the request may be rejected during review.
In such cases, additional applications or modifications will not be allowed.

b. Withdrawn courses:
Will be excluded from earned credits and GPA calculations,
But will remain listed on transcripts with the grade marked as “W.”
(In other words, the course title remains visible, but the earned credits and GPA effect are removed.)

c.Courses currently being retaken this semester cannot be withdrawn.
Courses approved for withdrawal cannot be retaken afterward.

d.Once a credit withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed.

e.Credits earned through internships/practicums cannot be withdrawn.

f.If graduate-level courses taken through the combined Bachelor–Master’s program are deleted, admission to the integrated program may be canceled.

g.If eligible courses do not appear in the portal, contact your college administrative office.

h.Please read this notice and the attached FAQ carefully before applying.
Requests submitted incorrectly or after the deadline will not be accepted or modified.
