Korea University Business School has maintained EQUIS accreditation by EFMD- European Quality Improvement System for another 5 years. With re-accreditation by EQUIS in 2010, KUBS maintains another five-year accreditation from 2015, proving it is truly world-class.



EQUIS, well known for its demanding and conservative requirements, bases its five-year accreditation on attributes such as school’s mission and vision, program quality, faculty, students, educational environment, and globalization being considered uniformly excellent, while a three-year accreditation is awarded when there are some opportunities to improve in certain areas.




Currently, 156 business schools maintain EQUIS accreditation and only 83 schools holds five-year accreditation. Further, only 70 business schools worldwide have won both AACSB and EQUIS five-year accreditations.


KUBS is gradually rising as an international business school with accomplishments such as ranking no. 91 on the UTD 2015 Worldwide Business School Research Rankings and no. 1 in Korea, no. 1 in the Domestic MBA Assessment by HR Managers (Hankyung Business), and no. 1 Producer of CEOs from the Top 500 Domestic Companies.
