Professor Young-Kyu Kim (Business Management/Strategy) 

Professor Young-Kyu Kim will receive the ‘The OMT Best Social Networks and Organizations Paper Award’ at the 85th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, which will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from Friday, July 25 to Tuesday, July 29. The award-winning paper is titled 「Not All Brokerage Yields Benefits: Brokerage Subtypes and Performance in Scientific Networks」 and is a collaborative research project conducted with Christopher C. Liu of the University of Oregon, Waverly W. Ding of the University of Maryland, and Beril Yalcinkaya (Postdoctoral Fellow at the Wharton School of Business). This award recognizes outstanding academic achievement in the Organization and Management Theory (OMT) division of the Academy of Management.
