“CEOs Who Are Now Fellow Alumni” … AMP 98th Graduation Ceremony Held 

The graduation ceremony for the 98th class of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Graduate School of Business, Korea University (Dean: Eonsoo Kim), was held on February 17 at the LP-POSCO Hall, Supex Hall. Attendees included Dean Eonsoo Kim, Associate Dean Gangseog Ryu, Academic Director Seokkyun Kim, Senior Vice President Hyun-Ki Kim, members of the alumni association, graduates, and their families, all gathered to celebrate the achievement. 

Dean Eonsoo Kim was the first to congratulate the graduates, who dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to reaching this milestone despite their busy lives. He said, “I believe you will become the model of entrepreneurial spirit that will lead our society in a better direction,” and added, “I wish you endless glory in your future.” 

Senior Vice President Hyun-Ki Kim of AMP mentioned, “More than 5,000 AMP alumni are already active in leading positions in our society,” and urged, “Please help AMP to grow even further in the future.” Chief Professor Seokkyun Kim of AMP commented, “Balancing work and academics must have been really challenging,” and shared, “A semester passed by so quickly.” 

The ceremony continued with a speech by Eung-Do Lee, the President of the 98th class alumni association, who represented the graduates. He expressed gratitude by saying, “I thank our respected professors, seniors, and all the cherished classmates,” and added, “Although we come from diverse backgrounds, the time we spent together under the name of Korea University AMP will be eternal.” 

Next, an award ceremony for the graduates and a merit award presentation by the alumni association took place. Afterward, the graduates stood up to sing the school anthem and concluded the ceremony with the traditional cap toss.
