The presentation of the "Executive Learning and Interactive Team Excellence" (ELITE) project, which is held by the Executive MBA (E-MBA) of Korea University, was made on August 17th (Sat) at Room 530 of the LG-POSCO Hall.

The event was attended by Yoo Weon Sang, Associate Dean and Program Director at the Graduate School of Business Administration, and Chun Jae Uk, as well as professors Yoo Shijin, Lee Jae-Nam and Rhee Jay Hyuk, who led the project. In addition, Chairman and Vice President of FMASSOCIATES and others related to the businesses of the case studies such as Facilitator, and Kang Hee-ok, President of the Alumni Association, (E-MBA 17th) were also present.

This project has been prepared for about nine months since December 2018.

"Though they are veterans of business who have been through a lot of ups and downs in the industry, I can feel the tension in the air today," said Yoo Weon Sang, Associate Dean and Program Director, before the announcement. "I hope you will share the results of your efforts and encourage and praise each other rather than think of it as a competition." "I think Korea University's E-MBA can become a global business school like Harvard's MBA," said Kang Hee-ok, President of the E-MBA Alumni Association. "With that mindset of pride, please present your ideas."

The E-MBA ELITE Project, a unique and distinctive subject of E-MBA at KUBS, involves students directly examining pending issues of sponsored companies and proposing problems to solve practical problems with outside experts.

During the semester, students can take part in solving practical problems, taking the internal problems and direction of change in a rapidly changing society from a management theory perspective. The main purpose of the subject is to develop students into "deciders with independent thinking" and to share with their peers the practical knowledge, analysis and solutions gained by individuals.
