KUBS is now recruiting members for the 19th KUBS Student Ambassador Program "KUBE" for Fall 2023.

KUBE members will be participating in various activities to enhance the university image.

Any KUBS undergraduate students who are interested in developing KUBS brand power with school spirit and self-esteem, please refer to the guidelines below. 

 Vacancies 

• 6 students, more or less

 Minimum Qualifications 

• KUBS undergraduate students with school spirit, high self-esteem, and loyalty (your first major must be Business Administration)

• Willingness to participate in organizing events to promote KUBS

• Students who are able to serve for full one-year term (2023.10.01 ~ 2024.09.30, including summer and winter vacation)

• Students who are able to attend general body meetings, which will be held every Monday from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., and informal meetings (the attendance is mandatory, and you cannot apply if you are taking a class on Monday, 6th period)

• Students who will NOT be participating in intern or society along with the full one-year term of KUBE

• Ability to speak and understand basic Korean

 Preferred Qualifications (please indicate on your application) 

• Running campus life vlog on personal SNS

• Ability to speak a second language fluently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, photo and video editing

• Student mentor participants of KUBS Teen Mentoring Day 

 Additional Information 

• If you do not complete the designated terms (two semesters), a certificate will not be issued and your scholarship will be returned

• Participants will be asked questions based on their application

• Interview schedule will be informed to shortlisted applicants only

 Final Results

• The final results and detailed training schedule will be informed individually

 Orientation and Launching Ceremony for the Final Successful Candidates 

• Orientation: September 4 (Mon) 16:30

• Launching Ceremony: September 25 (Mon) 17:30

• The result will be withheld if you do not participate in the two events above

 Main Activities 

• KUBS campus tour and school event support

• Protocol for guests visiting KUBS

• Organizing "KUBS Tour and Teen Gathering" event and "KUBS Teen Mentoring Day" event

• Managing KUBS SNS and online posting

• Organizing offline/online events, which includes running a booth during the festival, for KUBS students

• Participating in creating promotional posters and videos, and other activities needed for school promotion

• Scholarship for KUBS Student Ambassador will be provided

• Event activity fees will be provided

• Certificate of Participation will be issued in the name of KUBS Dean
