KUBS International Affairs Team will conduct interviews for the Fall 2026 Outbound Student Exchange PRogram as outlined below.

Please note that the interview process will be conducted online.

Date & Time

January 15 (Thu): 1:00PM – 5:40PM (KST) / January 16 (Fri): 1:30PM – 6:10 PM (KST)

* Please refer to the attached file for your individual interview time.

(As there may be applicants with the same name, be sure to check the last three digits of your student ID number.)

The Zoom link, ID, and passcode have been sent individually to applicants via email.

* Please carefully check the individually sent email and the important notes below before participating in the interview.

** MBA interviews will be conducted separately and are therefore not included in this schedule. Applicants will be contacted individually by your MBA program manager.

Important Notes

1. English interview is mandatory for all applicants. Failure to attend the English interview will result in automatic disqualification.

2. Interviews will be conducted in groups of approximately two applicants, depending on the number of candidates, and will take approximately 15 minutes in total.

3. Interviewers will conduct the interview based on the applicant’s English State of Purpose (SoP) and Resume.

4. Please log in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled interview time and wait.

5. Failure to attend due to lateness will result in a score of zero. Please check your internet connection in advance.

6. Please dress in appropriate and professional attire.

7. If you are attending the interview from overseas, please note that the interview will be conducted based on Korea Standard Time (KST). Ensure a stable network connection in advance.
