1. Completed Research Students
A. As of Spring 2015 Semester, all Course Completed Graduate Students can maintain the status of “Completed Research Student” only if they make tuition payments, following the policy of Completed research Students (effective as of 2014).
B. Completed Research Students are guaranteed to use school facilities (including libraries) and have opportunities to participate in research activities. After the registration period ends, the status of registered graduate students will be changed to “Completed Research.”
2. Registration Process
① Students who participate in national projects for their studies or are in need of an academic advisor for graduation are required to pay 2% of the tuition and register for “Tutorial Research after Completion of Course Work (DKK600-Course Offerings).”
②-⑴ The tuition fee for those who are in the semester for thesis/dissertation examination is 7% of the tuition (same as before), and they also need to register for “Tutorial Research after Completion of Course Work (DKK600-Course Offerings).”
②-⑵ At the beginning of the semester, students are required to pay 2% of the tuition within the registration period. Once the thesis/dissertation is ready to be examined, they are required to pay an additional 5% of the tuition within the period of thesis/dissertation examination.
* Course Completed Graduate Students who are currently participating in national projects for their studies or working on their papers must complete tuition payments and register for “Tutorial Research after Completion of Course Work (DKK600-Course Offerings).”

A. Eligibility: Course Completed Graduate Students or Prospective Course Completed Graduate Students,
B. Payment Process: Portal System > Scholarship Application > Print Tuition Payment Stub

4. Tuition for Thesis/Dissertation Examination (7% of Tuition Based on Majors)
A. Course Completed Graduate Students are required to register by paying tuition within thesis/dissertation examination semester. A 7% of the tuition will be printed on the tuition bill only if they register for thesis/dissertation examination through Portal System. Course Completed Graduate Students who already paid 2% of the tuition should make an additional 5% of tuition payment within the second registration period.

5. Prepaid Course Completed Graduate Students (Before 2014)
A. Semester for Thesis/Dissertation Examination

Register for Thesis/Dissertation Online Examination > Tuition: Zero KRW > Visit Hana Bank and register “Zero KRW”
B. Regular Semester

2% of tuition based on majors
※ For those who prepaid tuition and did not pass the thesis/dissertation examination in 2015 must pay for their tuition for thesis/dissertation again for re-examination.
