The Largest Student Exchange Program among Colleges

KUBS is operating the largest student exchange program among Korean colleges.

This year alone 206 students went abroad to study at foreign universities through KUBS’s exchange student program. This is an eight fold increase compared to 28 students in 2001.

Exchange students go abroad and spend one semester to a year at prestigious business schools around the world. These schools include Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, UBC (The University of British Columbia), and the University of Mannheim.

Korea University has an exchange agreement with 518 schools from over 56 countries. KUBS is independently operating an International Office and hosting Information Sessions for exchange students every semester. In addition, KUBS holds orientations before the students depart to provide them with detailed information on required documents, admissions permit and credit recognition etc.

KUBS held a Pre-departure Orientation for outbound exchange students who are going abroad for Spring 2010 on December 22-23 at Room 530 of LG POSCO Building to provide students information on life abroad before they departed.
