The Institute for Business Research and Education of Korea University, ESSEC of France and the EU Center of Seoul National University co-hosted the ‘Service Innovation Forum’ titled ‘Case studies of European Businesses’ at Room 503 of the LG-POSCO Hall at Korea University on July, 15th.
At the symposium world-renowned service industry experts such as Chair Professor of ESSEC Herve Mathe, Professor of KUBS Jang-hyuk Lee, CEO of Accor Group Korea Jerome Stubert, CEO of Veolia Water Korea Guillaume Dourdin and representatives of different companies presented and discussed the service innovation case.
