Six new professors recruited

= Addition of one more foreign professor, largest number of
foreign faculty among universities in Korea =
 
    Six new professors with excellent research capabilities and career have been newly appointed for the spring semester of 2009 school year. This will make 82 full-time professors in business school alone and this number is definitely greater than any four year institutions in Korea.
 
    Six newly appointed full-time professors starting this semester are,
 
    Professor Jung Bien Moon, majored in international business received PhD in Business at the University of Pennsylvania and worked as an assistant professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Professor Moon Jae-Yoon acquired PhD in MIS at the New York University and was an assistant professor at the HKUST.  Professor Jae Uk Chun received PhD in management from the State University of New York at Binghamton and worked as an assistant professor at the Pennsylvania State University. Professor Seung Su Han received PhD in business with a major in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and served as an assistant professor at the Singapore Management University. Also, Professor Inna G. Drobouchevitch from Belarus was appointed as a foreign endowment professor.
 
    Lastly, Professor Jae Eon Yu received PhD from the University of Lincoln with expertise on system theory and organization analysis is currently working as the director of international ISSS.
 
    Korea University Business School aims to increase the number of faculty to 130 and make every effort to recruit excellent professors.
