경영대학  재무금융센터는 4월 25일 미국 미시건 대학(University of Michigan)의 Gunter Dufey 교수를 초청한 가운데 세미나를 가졌다.<경영신문 장혜란 기자>
Gunter Dufey 교수는 이날 오후 3시 30분 LG-POSCO경영관 208호에서 ‘Challenges of Corporate Risk Management’를 주제로 발표했다. 
 
 Dr. Gunter DUFEY, 

 
Professor (em.) of Corp. Strategy, International Business and Finance, joined the faculty of the University of Michigan Business School in 1968.  His academic interests center on INTERNATIONAL MONEY AND CAPITAL MARKETS as well as on FINANCIAL POLICY OF MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS, specializing in issues on Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Intl. Expansion Strategy of business firms. 
 
Over the years, he held appointments as National Fellow at the Hoover Institution and Visiting Prof. at the Grad. School of Business, Stanford University (1980-81), he administered the LBRP Chair of Intl. Corp. Finance at WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School, near Koblenz, Germany (1993-2000). He also holds an honorary professorship at the Universitaet des Saarlandes, and has been on the faculty of Nanyang Business School/NTU Singapore (since 2000). In 2001-2002 he served with McKinsey and Co in Singapore as Sr. Advisor, supporting the Corporate Governance practice of the the firm in Asia. He has published extensively.
 
Prof Dufey has been a member of the board of directors of Fuji Logitech, Tokyo/Shizuoka and  GMAC 
Detroit.
