The Master in International Management (G-MIM) program, which is operated by Korea University Business School, ranked 4th globally in the QS 2026 MIM Rankings with a score of 92.7 out of 100. This marks a six-place climb from last year, underscoring its stature as a leading global alliance program.
Notably, the program achieved a perfect score in the “Value for Money” category, ranking joint 1st worldwide (compared to the global average of 61.3), and scored 89.5 in “Employability,” securing 9th place (vs. global average 48.4). It also far outperformed global averages in all other indicators, including Thought Leadership (89.1 vs. 48.9), Alumni Outcomes (87 vs. 48.4), and Diversity (85.1 vs. 64).
The program also excelled across several key indicators, earning perfect scores in research impact, payback, international student ratio, and gender diversity, and nearly 100 in return on investment and international faculty ratio.
Nicole de Fontaines, Executive Director of CEMS, said, “We are proud that the CEMS Master in International Management continues to achieve excellent results in the QS rankings,” noting that, “This achievement reflects CEMS’s unique alliance model, co-designed by top global business schools and corporate partners.”
She emphasized, “Students undertake real-world projects and internships with partner companies, and that hands-on experience translates into strong evaluations in the employability category.”
She concluded, “CEMS nurtures the next generation of global leaders on the foundations of academic depth, corporate collaboration, and social responsibility. Our graduates show that they are ready to navigate the complexities of today’s world and meet the opportunities and challenges of global business.”
The CEMS MIM is a pre-experience joint degree program and global alliance of 33 leading business schools, more than 70 multinational companies, and 8 NGOs worldwide. Students study at least two partner institutions, take part in corporate projects and internships, and must demonstrate proficiency in at least three languages before graduating with both their home university’s master’s degree and the CEMS degree.
Today, the CEMS alumni network numbers more than 22,600 worldwide, with about 1,300 new graduates joining each year. The program’s mission is to nurture human-centered leaders who can think independently and guide an open, sustainable, and inclusive world in times of uncertainty.
This achievement shows that the world-class educational experiences and global network offered by Korea University and other CEMS partner schools are internationally recognized. The CEMS MIM is expected to further establish itself as a leading program in global leadership, cross-cultural communication, and sustainable management.
