The First Step to Becoming an Innovative Leader – MSP Young Leaders - Mini MBA Program
Korea University Business School (Dean: Eonsoo Kim) is now accepting applications for the 106th cohort of the MSP Young Leaders - Mini MBA program. Designed to cultivate innovative and strategic business leaders in an era of rapidly changing corporate environments, this program is open to current executives, young leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, professionals, and individuals with equivalent qualifications.
The MSP Young Leaders - Mini MBA program offers a curriculum designed to cultivate in-depth expertise and strategic decision-making skills. In the Spring 2025 semester, the program will focus on innovation and strategy in the era of AI and digital transformation, providing deep insights into the latest management trends and innovative strategies in a rapidly evolving global business environment. Additionally, participants will study fundamental business administration courses essential for MBA admission while gaining comprehensive managerial competencies through a diverse range of subjects covering both general and advanced business topics.
The program also offers an overseas field trip, providing participants with the opportunity to visit local companies and attend lectures at prestigious international universities. Through this experience, participants can gain firsthand insights into the global corporate environment, while also exploring diverse cultures and arts, enhancing their global competencies. Additionally, the program features a distinguished faculty of 89 professors—the largest in Korea—along with various external experts, delivering high-level lectures based on the latest management theories and practices.
The MSP Young Leaders - Mini MBA program is conducted in world-class educational facilities, including the Business School Main Building, LG-POSCO Hall, and Hyundai Motor Hall. Participants also benefit from dedicated MSP lecture rooms and lounges, as well as personalized support from faculty and program managers, ensuring a high-quality learning environment. Furthermore, with over 10,000 alumni, the MSP program is the largest of its kind in Korea, offering a strong professional network that extends well beyond graduation.
The MSP Young Leaders - Mini MBA program is currently accepting applications, with the deadline set for Thursday, April 10. However, admissions may close earlier if capacity is reached.
