Dean Lee said that the growth of Korean-style MBA can carry out two results. First, the domestic education market can earn profits through attracting foreign students; and secondly, top class education on Korean-style business toward many talented students in Asia who set Korean corporations as their role model. He also explained that government-level support and policy to foster domestic business school with the long-term vision are necessary.
During the interview, the school-level efforts of KUBS in order to grow as world-class business school were also emphasized. The best examples of these efforts are the core strengths of KUBS, such as its outstanding curriculum, competitive faculty, career development support based on the alumni network, etc. He said "KUBS made every effort to reach world-class business school, and as a result, KUBS was able to be ranked as global 12th in FT E-MBA Ranking and also as global 86th in UTD Top 100 Business School Research Rankings." He also mentioned that many students who look for world-class business education is applying for KUBS MBA programs, and this is the result of KUBS’s various accomplishments such as acquiring double reaccreditations on AACSB and EQUIS.
