Increased recognition due to the renewal of two prominent accreditations

Academic Exchange Agreement with 80 universities in 25 countries

In 2010, inbound exchange students to KUBS recorded a total of 191, the highest ever. This is not just an increase in the number but also an increase in the variety of the nationality.  Students came from 32 universities in North America, 20 universities in Europe, 12 universities in Asia. Currently, KUBS has Academic Exchange Agreement with 80 universities in 25 countries around the world. What is noticeable is the fact that more inbound exchange students came from prestigious universities such as Wharton School known as the cradle of business administration in modern society, ESSEC of France, University of New South Wales known as the best university with international research studies, NUS (National University of Singapore) which is the best business school in Asia.   

KUBS sees such increase is due to the rise in global recognition with recent acquisition of various international accomplishments. In fact, KUBS successfully renewed five-year accreditation by both AACSB (US) and EQUIS(Europe) in line with 60 other universities globally. Also, KUBS showed remarkable progress in research area and ranked first in Korea both in business school research rankings evaluated by University of Texas at Dallas and in Asia Pacific Journal of Management. Last year, KUBS ranked first in Korea in business school evaluation by Eduniversal, an evaluation committee for business schools around the world.  1,000 business schools’ deans were selected to make the evaluation.

More students are coming to KUBS as students who visited KUBS go back to their schools with very much satisfaction. ”
