2023-1 Tuition Payment in Installments
1. Students Not Eligible
The following students are NOT eligible for payment in installments
a. Freshmen, transfer students, readmitted students, and students on a leave of absence
b. Students with scholarships amount more than 25% of their payment on tuition bills (Irrelevant to scholarships given afterward)
c. Students registered for an extra semester who are taking less than 9 credits for undergraduates, 3 credits for graduates, and graduate courses completed-research students
d. Students planning to apply for Student Aid Foundation student loan (Full tuition)
2. Application Period
2023.2.20 (Mon) 10:00 ~ 2.23 (Thu) 16:00
3. Application Procedure
KUPID Login > Tuition Payment/Scholarship > Tuition Payment in Installments Application > Installments Application
a. Click Application after reading the instructions regarding payment in installments
b. Check personal and guardian information and make corrections if needed.
c. Click the checkbox for guardian’s consent after consulting with guardians (Not required for Graduate Students)
d. Print out the Payment in Installments bill on the bill printing period after Payment in Installments Completion (Approval check available after Feb. 24th)
e. Make payments within the designated period
f. Students wishing to cancel the payment in installments must apply within the payment installments application period. (If canceled, you must transfer full payment on the enrolled students’ application period)

* 4th register period for student loan (payment in installments) is scheduled around May according to the Korea Student Aid Foundation schedule
5. Printing Bills for Payment in Installments
- KUPID > Tuition Payment/Scholarship > Tuition Payment in Installments Bill > Print
- Transfer the amount of payment to the ‘KEB HanaBank Virtual Account’ designated on the tuition bill

6. Notice
a. Students who have made the first payment are considered enrolled students and must make the second, third, and fourth (final) payments
b. If the final payment is not made, the student’s enrollment will be canceled and the first, second, and third payments will not be returned
c. If tuition is not paid in full by the deadline, the student will be expelled from school according to relevant regulations
d. If students who have made the first, second, or third payments wish to withdraw or take a leave of absence from school, they must pay the remaining balance in full.
e. Scholarship recipients will receive the fourth bill applied with ‘Payment after the scholarship deduction’.
f. If a student does not pay one’s tuition within the designated period, he or she will not be eligible to pay in installments for the following semester.
