Notice on 2023 Spring General Graduate School postponement of the course completion period

In order to reduce the burden on students who are required to apply for a shortened course completion period during the early graduation for eligible students, the course completion policy has been changed as follows since the 2022 Fall semester.

■ Shortening one semester: Apply through KUPID during the application period at the beginning of the seventh semester and receive approval from the academic advisor |

1. Eligibility
1) General Graduate School Undergraduate · Master’s degree combined program students: Students who achieve a cumulative GPA of 4.0 or higher at the time of completion after confirming records for the third semester and meet the early graduation requirement.
2) General Graduate School Master’s and Ph.D. integrated program students: Students who achieve a cumulative GPA of 4.0 or higher at the time of completion after confirming records for the sixth or seventh semester and meet the early graduation requirements.
※ The graduation requirements vary by each department
※ Among the eligible students for early graduation mentioned above, students who want to postpone their early graduation due to military service or other reasons can submit a separate application form to the department administration office and the application form must be submitted every semester (Spring semester)
2. Postponing the course completion period (early graduation)
1) Eligibility: Students who are eligible for early graduation but want to postpone it due to military service or other reasons
2. Application method: Submit a separate application form to the department administration office every semester (Spring semester)
3) Application period: Beginning of each semester (March, September) 1st~ 30th
※ The above application period is the official period announced to students and each department can continue to accept postpone applications until the start of the graduation review.
