[Undergraduate] 2023 Spring semester application for leave of absence/return after regular application period 

This is KUBS administration office. As announced on KUPID, regular application period for leave of absence/return is 2023.02.01.- 2023.02.24., and applications cannot be received via KUPID after this period. However, KUBS is receiving applications for students who could not apply within the regular application period.

1. Manual application period for leave of absence/return: 2023.02.25. - 2023.3.17. 11:00 (within 2023 Spring final registration period)

※ Within regular application period for leave of absence/return, apply via KUPID after reading KUPID announcements. 

※ Additional applications after the manual application period will not be accepted. (Those returning must finish course registration within regular schedule, regardless of whether return application was accepted or not.)

※ Application for return is not accepted after this date, and those who wish to take a leave of absence must apply during the semester (Those taking a leave of absence within final registration period will get a full refund of tuition around April.)

2. Submitting manual application for leave of absence/return

1) Download and fill out the attached application file

(KUPID does not receive applications after the regular application period)

※ Those returning or taking leave of absence for military service/other reasons must provide documentation

2) Visit Room 103 of KUBS Main Building to submit application (Documents must be submitted in-person)

3) Check KUPID registration status after 1-2 days of submission

** Manually applying for leave of absence/return is allowed only once, so please decide carefully. (Applications cannot be withdrawn after in-person submission)
