<2020 KUBS Challenge Case Competition>
2020 KUBS Challenge Case Competition will be conducted online. Participants will have 24 hours of case solving and submit 10-minute presentation video. Q&A session with the judges will be held through Zoom in real time.
The next year’s international case competitions will be postponed, shifted to online format, or canceled. The international case competitions that winners can participate are not yet decided upon.
1. Eligibility
- Team of four KUBS undergraduate students (including dual degree, double majors, and minors)
- Students who can present in English
- Students who fall under the following criteria are NOT eligible to apply:
(1) Students who will graduate in February 2021
(2) Students who meet all the graduation requirements by Fall 2020 and become a pending graduate in Spring 2021 or currently a pending graduate
(3) Students who will participate in a student exchange program in Spring 2021
(4) Incoming exchange students
2. Application
- Period: October 26, 2020 (Mon) - November 3 (Tue) 17:00 P.M.
1) Each team member must complete the application through KUchive. Participants can print the certificates on KUchive after the competition.
- Submission file: KUBS Challenge Application (four team members must submit the same file), Personal CV (in English, 1 page, free-form), Scanned transcript (in English)
2) After all four team members complete their application through KUchive, one team representative must send the KUBS Challenge Application via e-mail to the KUBS International Office (kubsintl@korea.ac.kr).

* If there are many participating teams, additional round may be added.
* Each team member must actively participate in the team’s presentation in English.
4. Judging Criteria: Analytical skills, logical and creative thinking, communication skills, etc.

Bronze | 2 teams | Third priority to participate in International Case Competition, certificate and prize |
6. Benefits
- Many 2021 international case competitions have been postponed, shifted to online format, or have not yet made their decision.
- KUBS will grant the participation opportunity to the winners once KUBS is invited to the international competitions, and winners must participate even when the competition is conducted online.
- KUBS will cover registration fee, airfare, accommodation for the 2021 international case competitions.
- For all winning teams, extra points will be added when applying for KUBS Student Exchange Program and Global Internship Program.
