[Undergraduate] 2020 Fall Leaves of Absence During the Semester

1. Application Period: September 1st (Tue) ~ November 30th (Mon) 5PM

2. How to Apply

- Please visit student administration office (KUBS Main Hall Room 103 / Weekdays 9AM – 5:30PM (Except lunch time 12-1PM)

- Due to the COVID-19, online submissions are allowed (contact csm0117@korea.ac.kr)

3. Tuition Refund

* Considering the Thanksgiving Holiday period, in Fall 2020 exclusively, 5/6 of the entire tuition will be refunded if the student submits the application form before September 29th (Tue).

* Applications are not allowed in the holiday week; from September 30th (Wed) – October 4th (Sun)

Regulation Concerned: Article 40 (Classification of Tuition Refund)

① According to the Article 40, tuitions are fully refunded in case of appropriate excuse before the beginning of the semester (For Freshmen, date of entrance).

② Prior to the first day of semester, entrance fee will not be refunded; tuitions will be refunded following the terms stated below.

1. Leave until 30 days from first day of semester: Refunds 5/6 of tuition

2. Leave until 31-60 days from the first day of semester: Refunds 2/3 of tuition

3. Leave until 61-90 days from the first day of semester: Refunds 1/2 of tuition

③ For whom applied the leave of absence after 91 days from the first day of semester, tuition will not be refunded.
