[일반][Undergraduate] Graduation Requirement Exemption on Business Administration Majors

According to the revised “Policy and Guidelines for Management of the Organization of Educational Programs," a student may request for exemption on graduation requirements (English Proficiency Test score, Korean Proficiency Test score, etc.)- applicable only for students in their last semester of their degree within the maximum duration of enrollment.

If you would like to request for graduate requirements exemption to the Business School, please complete and submit attached request form.

1. Submission Period:
- Candidates who graduate on February: September 1 – December 31
- Candidates who graduate on August: March 2 – June 30
 
2. How to Apply (one of the three options)

By visit: Department Office of Business Administration, Room 103, KUBS Main Building (Office hours: 9:00 a.m. ~ 5:30 p.m., lunch break: 12:00 p.m. ~ 1:00 p.m.)

 Notes
1. You may request for graduation requirement exemption only in your last semester of your degree (within the maximum duration of enrollment - eg., If your maximum duration of enrollment ends on August, your request must be made between
March 2 – June 30 in the corresponding year. If your maximum duration of enrollment ends on February, you must make a request between September 1 – December 31 in the year earlier).

2. The instructions on petition for exemption are only applicable to students with Business Administration majors. If you have a first/double/interdisciplinary major, or dual degree from different departments, you must refer to the relevant department's graduate requirements.

3. Students may be expelled from the University if their study exceeds the maximum duration of enrollment. (only applicable to students who commenced their degree on/after 2014.) Please be aware of your maximum period of enrollment which can be found from the student portal.(http://portal.korea.ac.kr > Registration & Graduation > University Registration Inquiries > Personal Information).

4. If you make a request by email, please make sure to add your handwritten signature on the form, then attach the scanned copy (PDF) on your email.
