[Announcement][International] 2020 Fall KUBS Exchange Program Orientation

To whom it may concern:

This is a letter from In-hyang Lim, administrative manager of KUBS exchange program.

Please be informed that the orientation session for KUBS exchange program, previously scheduled on February 27th (Feb), has been cancelled due to the growing concerns over the Coronavirus. Kindly consider that the KUBS administrative offices are taking all the measures to prevent the spread of the virus.

In spite of the importance of attending the orientation session, that the absentees could be discharged from the program, considering the ongoing critical emergency, we are to alternate the procedure by submitting the questionnaires and agreement sheet.

Please first review the orientation-related presentation file, and then fill in the given documents and submit to us.

Please be reminded that the changed procedure is a complete substitute for the participation in orientation. Students who do not meet the submission deadline (February 29th, Sat) will be put at disadvantage in the program afterwards.
