[Academic] Notice Regarding Changes to the Withdrawal and Expulsion Procedures

This is the Undergraduate Administrative Team of the Business School.  

Effective January 1, 2025, the regulations regarding withdrawal procedures have been updated. As part of these changes, students applying for withdrawal will be required to submit additional documents. 

Previously, the following documents were required for submission. However, under the revised regulations, additional documents have been added. 

Previously Required Documents 

  1. Withdrawal Application Form 

  1. Business School Withdrawal Application Form 

  1. Tuition Refund Application Form 

  1. Leave of Absence/Cancellation of Reinstatement Application Form 

New Requirement 

     5. Advisor Confirmation Form 

This additional document is part of the university’s efforts to improve retention rates. Starting from January 1, 2025, all students submitting a withdrawal application must also submit the Advisor Confirmation Form. 

Additionally, students must complete the survey accessible via the QR code included in the withdrawal application form. Withdrawal applications will only be processed after the survey is completed and confirmed. 

The updated withdrawal application form is attached. Please ensure you use the revised form when submitting your application.
