DaeSoo Kim elected new KOPOMS and KAPSM president
KUBS Professor DaeSoo Kim has been elected president of KOPOMS and KAPSM.The Korean Production & Operations Management Society (KOPOMS), which was founded in 1988, is a leading academic society in production and operations management. The purpose of the society is to build academic theories and systematic research by studying management of manufacturers, services, and public institutions and especially the field of value-production.
The Korea Association of Procurement and Supply Management (KAPSM), established in 2002, is an association that actively conducts studies on the field of procurement and supply, as it emerges as a key element for the nation and companies to gain a competitive advantage.
