In his lecture, Mr.Mundie will introduce the usability of computing which can be used in all disciplines and also new technology that will bring great changes in the way we interact with people in the future. Mr. Mundie joined Microsoft in 1992 and was responsible for the launching and operation of the Consumer Platforms Division. He was appointed Chief Research and Strategy Officer (CRSO) in 2006. Together with Steve Ballmer the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Ray Ozzie the Chief Software Architect (CSA), Mr. Mundie is one of the key members leading Microsoft following the retirement of Chairman Bill Gates. In April 2009, he was appointed to President Obama’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST).
