2012학년도 1학기 취득학점 포기제도 시행 안내

학칙 제 52조 (취득학점의 포기) 이미 취득학점으로 인정받은 교과목 중 6학점까지 본인의 신청에 의하여 해당 교과목의 취득학점을 포기할 수 있으며, 이에 관한 세부사항은 학사에 관한 내규로 정한다. 학사에 관한 내규 제 31조 (취득학점 포기) ① 학칙 제52조에 의한 취득학점 포기의 신청대상은 등록학기 7회이상, 102학점(106학점)이상 취득한 학생으로서, 졸업예정월직전 월말(1월말, 7월말)까지 포기원을 제출하여야 한다. 단, 1회에 한하여 취득학점 포기원을 제출할 수 있다. ② 이수중인 교과목은 취득학점 포기를 인정하지 않는다. |
- 아 래 -
1. 포기대상과목 : 학점취득한 과목 (성적인정과목 포함. 단, 졸업필수과목은 제외)
2. 신청대상 : 등록학기 7회 이상, 102(106)학점 이상 취득한 재(휴)학생 (학사편입생은 4학년인 자. 단, 복수전공자는 제외)
3. 포기학점 : 최대 6학점, 졸업전 1회 허용 (단, 이수중인 과목은 제외)
4. 신청기간 (계절수업수강신청 및 수업료 납부, 성적확정 기간은 제외함.)
1차 : 4월 10일(화) 10:00 - 5월 4일 (금) 24:00
2차 : 6월 22일(금) 10:00 - 7월 4일 (수) 24:00
*1,2차 기간을 통틀어 1회만 신청가능합니다. (졸업전 1회 허용에 해당함)
5. 제출방법 : KUPID>학적/수업>수강관리>취득학점포기에서 본인이 직접 선택후 제출
6. 주의사항
a. 교양필수, 전공필수(1전공, 2중전공, 연계전공, 부전공), 교직필수 과목 등 교과과정상 필수과목은 포기할 수 없다.
b. 학점포기한 과목은 취득학점에서 제외하되 증명서에 과목명을 그대로 표기하고 성적은 CW로 표기한다.
c. 재수강중인 과목은 학점포기할 수 없으며 학점포기한 과목은 재수강할 수 없다.
d. 어떠한 경우에도 학점포기신청 한 후 그 신청을 철회할 수 없다.(졸업학점을 재확인후 신청 요함)

NOTICE for CREDIT WITHDRAWAL for Spring Semester , 2012
In accordance with Article 31 (Credit Withdrawal) of the Internal Regulations on Academic Affairs, application for credit withdrawal for Spring Semester 2012 is possible at the KU PORTAL site as follows.
1. Students are allowed to withdraw a maximum of 6 credits from the courses they have earned, including courses receiving the grade of 'S,' only once before he/she graduate.
2. Students who have registered for at least 7 previous semesters and earned 102 (106) credits or more are eligible. (For students who transferred with a prior BA degree, only seniors may apply.)
3. Application Period:
1st : April 10 (Tue.) 10:00 - May 4 (Fri.) 24:00
2nd : Jun 22 (Fri.) 10:00 - July 4 (Wed.) 24:00
4. Credit Withdrawal Procedure: Log in the KU PORTAL (Korean page only) (http:// portal.korea.ac.kr) and click 학적/수업 -> 수강관리 -> 취득학점포기 (Credit Withdrawal). Choose courses to delete credits and click check box. Review your selection and click 신청 (Submit) button.
NOTES
1. Once you have submitted your credit withdrawal application, you will be unable to make for the changes or retract your selection.
2. Required course(s) are excluded from the credit withdrawal so that you will continue to be eligible to graduate from Korea University.
3. For the course(s) that students have withdrawn credit(s) from, the course grade will be abbreviated to 'CW' (Credit Withdrawn) on the official transcript.
4. Students cannot withdraw credits that are being retaken, nor retake course(s) that had its credits withdrawn.

취득학점포기 신청 방법
1. 포탈(http://portal.korea.ac.kr) 로그인하여 학적/수업 메뉴로 이동
2. 학적/수업>수강관리>취득학점포기신청(Credit Withdrawal) 메뉴로 이동
3. 전체 취득과목목록에서 취득학점포기할 과목에 V표 하고 ‘신청’ 버튼을 누른다. (유의사항 아래에 위치) (Click the check box in front of the course title you wish to withdraw credit and ‘신청’ button.)
4. 포기신청과목을 확인하고 확인을 누르면 제출된다. (After you check course(s) you wish to withdraw, finally click '확인' button.)
*수강신청 또는 수강신청 대기접수되어 있는 과목은 포기신청과목에서 제외되어 있다. (The course(s) you are in, or on the waiting list is excluded from the course list.
