Recruitment of 2025 DB Dream Leader Scholarship

(1) Number of Recipients: Approximately 00 students.

(2) Eligibility:

• Students enrolled in their 5th or 6th semester (junior year) at a 4-year university in Korea, regardless of major (as of the Spring semester of 2025).
• Students who can prioritize and actively participate in “DB Dream Leader” activities for one year.
• Students with a cumulative GPA of B0 or higher.

(3) Selection Schedule:

• 1st Round Document Submission Deadline: Until 5:00 PM, January 10, 2025 (Friday).
• 1st Round Results Announcement: 5:00 PM, January 16, 2025 (Thursday).
• 2nd Round Interview: January 20 (Monday) ~ January 22 (Wednesday), 2025.
• Final Results Announcement: 5:00 PM, January 24, 2025 (Friday).
• Scholarship Award Ceremony & Camp: February 19 (Wednesday) ~ February 21 (Friday), 2025 (2 nights, 3 days).
  Note: The above schedule is subject to change.
  Results will be individually notified via email or mobile phone.

(4) Scholarship Benefits:

• Scholarship Amount: KRW 3 million per semester as living expenses.
  Up to 4 installments over 3 years from the Spring 2025 semester until graduation (1-year leave of absence allowed, but not in the Spring 2025 semester).
  Overlapping scholarships are not allowed for scholarships covering living expenses provided by corporate or foundation organizations (exceptions apply for government, municipal, or university scholarships).
• Outstanding Participants: Opportunity to join overseas volunteer activities (4 days in January 2026).

(5) DB Dream Leader Activities:

• DB Dream Leader Scholars are required to plan and execute volunteer activities over approximately one year. (Mandatory)
  • Activity Period: February 2025 ~ February 2026.
  • Theme: Volunteerism, planning, and personal growth through "relationships."
  • Details: Scholars will design and implement volunteer programs for those in need.
  • Support: Provision of educational training, expert mentoring, collaboration opportunities, and funding.
  • Mandatory Events: Participation in the foundation’s official events:
    ⓐ Scholarship Award Ceremony & Launch Camp: February 19-21, 2025 (2 nights, 3 days, offline).
    ⓑ Growth Camp: August 20-22, 2025 (2 nights, 3 days, offline).
    ⓒ Closing Ceremony: Late February 2026.
