2012학년도 1학기 수강신청과목 포기를 아래와 같이 실시합니다.

<<유의사항>>

1. 최대 6학점까지 수강 포기할 수 있으며, 4학년을 제외한 모든 학년은 최종 12학점 이상 수강신청 하여야 함.

2. 수강신청과목포기 기간 종료 후 다시 수강포기를 철회할 수 없으며, 포기한 수강학점 은 수강신청 불가.

3. 수강신청 과목 포기자는 해당학기 우등생(최우등생) 및 초과 학점신청 대상자에서 제외됨.

4. 수강신청 과목 포기자는 학점에 대한 학비감면비율을 하향 조정 받지 않음.(수강포기전 수강신청학점 기준으로 감면

   비율 적용함)

5. 학업성적표 및 성적증명서 등에는 수강포기내역이 기재되지 않음.

6. 장학금은 수강신청 과목포기여부와 상관없이 장학금지급 기준에 따라 처리됨.

                               Notice of COURSE WITHDRAWAL, Spring Semester, 2012

Period: From 10:00, March 28 (Wed) to 17:30, March 30(Fri), 2012

Withdrawal Procedure - Log into KU Portal (http://portal.korea.ac.kr)

- Move down to 'Course Withdrawal' < 수강관리 < 학적/수업 

- Click the course(s) that you want to withdraw from (maximum of 6 credits)

Note:

1. Students can drop a maximum of 6 credits but all students (except for seniors) must register for at least 12 credits. 

2. After the course withdrawal period ends, students are not permitted to withdraw from any more courses. 

3. Students who have withdrawn from a course or courses shall be automatically excluded from the list of candidates for honors for the semester, and so they are not eligible to register for additional 3 credits. 

4. If a student apply for the tuition reduction, the reduction rate will be given on the basis of the total credits he/she enrolled. 

5. No notation on course withdrawal will be recorded on the tran.  

6. Scholarships shall be granted according to the KU's scholarship conferment policies regardless of course withdrawal.
