We would like to inform you of the schedule of the KUBS Commencement Ceremony as follows.

- Date : 2025.02.25(Tue) 14:30~ (It will take about 2 hours)

- Location : Korea University Inchon Memorial Center

- Please check the schedule and fill out the link by 02/16(Sun).

※ Only the graduates themselves need to fill out the survey. Family and friends are welcome to attend the event, but please note that if the venue is full due to the large number of attendees, there is a possibility of waiting outside the venue.

3. Graduate Distribution of diploma Notice

★ At the ceremony, a temporary diploma will be distributed, and the official diploma will be available as per the schedule above.

★ When returning gowns, receive a return stamp on the [Graduation gown rent receipt] ⇒ Receive diploma at the Business School Main Hall lobby from February 25th (Tue) 2:30pm.

- Eligibility: August 2024 graduates and February 2025 graduates

- Graduates with a double major must collect their diploma from the administrative office of their respective double major college.

- ID card or student ID is required for collection.

- Proxy collection is allowed, but mailing is not available.

- For proxy collection, the following documents must be presented: [(Form link: https://lrl.kr/blzK)]

  A copy of the graduate’s ID, The proxy’s ID, A power of attorney (attached form)

- Graduation certificates can be issued at the One-Stop Service Center from Tuesday, February 25 (Contact: 02-3290-1142~4).
