[Notice] Spring 2020 Application for KUBS (Need-based) Scholarship – First Round

※ The KUBS (Need-based) Scholarship is a tuition scholarship.

Eligibility: Those who are to register to Spring 2020 (For those who are on leave of absence, if you are to return you are eligible.)

(There is no GPA standard)

Please refer to the Notice for Scholarship for International Undergraduate Students. (Due date : 15th JAN)

Necessary documents:

1. Application and Statement of Purpose

2. Agreement to collect to use personal information

3. Certificate of Birth

4. Bank statement (last 3 months of bank transaction)

5. Confirmation of disease (for whom possible only / including a family member)

Application period: January 13 (Mon) ~ January 22 (Wed)

application click>Apply click>Log in>Fill out all section and attach the documents>Submit

It is possible to amend your application within the application period and you cannot amend your application after 00:00 AM of the 23^st.

Press [Submit] even after temporarily saving your application.

Things to consider:

1. If you are offered 100% of your tuition as a scholarship, you cannot apply for the KUBS Need-based scholarship. You cannot apply for the KUBS Need-based scholarship as well if you are offered a 100%-tuition scholarship from another institution.

Tuition scholarships only cover within the amount of tuition, so please be aware of this.

2. The length of the statement of purpose is maximum 1400bytes. Please write about why you need to receive a scholarship.

If you are a student on an absence of leave, please indicate that you are to return to school.

The second round of application will be notified to all students in April.

3. We only accept online applications. However, If you have any problems about save/submit/log-in of the application form,
please fill out the attached form (including the agreement letter) and zip all files as one (name the file like 2019120000Sarah_birthofcertificate) and send it to below email : kjn1796@korea.ac.kr

If you don't have any problem about "submit" of application form, you don't need to send it via email again.
