Participants will be going through Round 1 (Korea) and Round 2 (headquarter, USA) based on 3M’s business cases. Through the application process, they may attend an information session and research lab tour. For those who are interested, please refer to the details below.
2016 3M INF Challenge Application Guideline
■ Submission Period
- Submission Period: January 16, 2016 – February 29, 2016
- Announcement of Initial Screening Results: March 4, 2016
- Round 1 (Korea): March 2016
- Announcement of Round 1 Results: April 13, 2016
- Round 2 (USA): July 2016
■ Eligibility to Participate
- Fourth year students pursuing degrees in Engineering, Supply Chain, or other related areas
- Students who are able to communicate in English
- Students who are able to travel around outside of Korea
■ Benefits for Winners
- The top two participants will be invited to compete in the Round 2 taking place at the headquarter
- Winners will have an opportunity to tour around.
- Document screening process will be automatically passed if applying for job at 3M Korea
- Round 2 winners will be offered a mentorship from a 3M Global Leader
