You can check the status through the "Overall Grade Inquiry" menu on KUPID.

  • Cancellation or modification of an application after submission is difficult. Please review your selections carefully before submitting your application.

In other words, the course titles will not be removed from the transcript, but the corresponding credits and grade points will be excluded from the academic record calculations.

c. Courses currently being retaken this semester are not eligible for credit withdrawal. Courses for which credit withdrawal has been approved cannot be retaken.

d. Once a course credit withdrawal application has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.

e. Credits earned through field internships are not eligible for withdrawal.

f. Students enrolled in the combined Bachelor's/Master's Degree Program should note that withdrawing credits from graduate-level courses taken under this program will result in the cancellation of their admission to the program.

g. If a course eligible for credit withdrawal does not appear on KUPID, please contact the administrative office of your college.

h. Students are strongly advised to carefully read this notice and the attached FAQ before applying for course credit withdrawal. Changes due to application errors and additional applications after the deadline will not be permitted.
